Additional charges may apply for custom design work, setup fees, or bulk orders. Pricing can also vary based on whether you're engraving, cutting, or doing both. For accurate pricing, it's best to request a personalized quote.
Yes, we provide discounts for larger orders. Higher volume orders are considered mass production and you can learn more on our Mass Production Services page. If each item needs a custom design i.e. a name change per unit, there will be an additional cost per unit. Please contact us for bulk pricing details or mass production.
Engraving removes material to create depth, cutting slices through material, and marking alters the surface color without removing material.
We work with wood, acrylic, glass, metal, leather, plastics, and more. Each material has specific capabilities and limitations for engraving, marking, or cutting.
Our laser working area is 40" x 24" with 12" of depth. Common large items we place within the working area are guitars and firearms. Our laser equipment also has a pass through system that allows longer items to completely pass through the machine. This is great for items that may not traditionally fit inside of the machine working bed.
Lead times vary, but most projects are completed within 3-5 business days depending on complexity, when the material or product is acquired, and full payment has been received.
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, and DXF files for precise engraving and cutting. PNG and JPG sometimes require additional design time and may produce lower quality results.
Yes, we can engrave detailed images or intricate designs with high precision but may have limitations depending on the material chosen as the medium.
Yes, we can engrave on curved surfaces with great accuracy, such as on tumblers or cylindrical items with our rotary device. This does come with some additional limitations for sizing and shape of the item.
Laser engraving typically removes material or changes surface color; however, color-filling options can be added post-engraving for many products.
Yes, you can provide your own materials, but we’ll need to assess suitability for laser processing. You can directly ship product to us or you can drop it off. Please contact us for more information.
Yes, laser engraving and marking are great solutions to permanently add a design, logo, serial number, or name to items. They are resistant to wear and durable, especially on materials like metal, wood, and glass.
